My friend Peggy asked my to design her Christmas cards this year! I decided to go with a different take on last years pet photo Christmas card…

After recently getting engaged, the next questions flooded in when, where, color, themes, etc. This has been the most overwhelming part of planning a wedding. We’ve slowly knocked out the when and where but, I’m such a plain jane so, it’s been hard to commit to a particular color and theme. What I’ve decided on: a neutral color palette with touches of vintage, DIY and geometric styles.
The Save the Dates cards have 3 round stickers stuck to the bottom of the card that read: “Corey and Lauren are getting married!” The stickers can be stuck to your calendar/day planner on the date of our wedding. Stay tuned for a photo–I’m just waiting for the stickers to arrive!

Korean designer, Jihyun Ryou, believes ”we hand over the responsibility of taking care of food to the technology, the refrigerator. We don’t observe the food any more and we don’t understand how to treat it.” So she has designed beautiful, modern shelves that rely on traditional techniques.
